No Title bar and Menu Bar in Windows Task Manager

The Windows Task Manager has five sub tabs namely, Applications, Processes, Performance, Networing and Users.

Sometimes, when the Task Manager is activated, (by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del key combinations or by typing "taskmgr.exe" (without quotes) in the Run dialog box)  the Menu bar and the Title bar is found missing.

This is because the Task Manager is running in "Tiny Footprint mode", which is not a bug or a flaw in the OS.

You can double click in the empty space around border to bring back the Task Manager to its normal shape.

That's it.
