Step 1 > If you downloaded the Mozbackup, it will be a archive file extract it to on your desktop Ans Start exe file and Continue Step By clicking on Next. In step one click on just Next in 2nd step choose Backup a Profile and choose your version and continue by clicking on Next.
Step 2 >> Choose your destination folder where you want to do save your backup file it will be a single backup filemaximum backup may be 10mb or can be more longer if you have much history.

How to Restore :
Where you have been extracted the Mozbackup file open the MozBackup.exe and this time Choose Restore option in top options and click on Next and choose all other options and restore all your data.
